What if I don’t receive my product?

How can I return an item?

carolinmarques.com accepts order cancellation within 24 hours after payment but before items are shipped. Over 24 hours but before the items are shipped, if you still want to cancel the order for personal reason, 9.65% of the handling fee will be charged, which will be directly deducted from your refund amount;Please kindly note that the above rules do not include LABEL CUSTOMIZED ITEMS, which are NOT CANCELABLE. Deducted from your refund amount;You are able to submit a cancellation request from the order list. We will agree or refuse your request according to the state of your order. If the order is canceled, you will get the refund Balance within 3 business days.
